I have had internet crashes upwards of 5x per day for the last 5 months and do not get the speeds that I pay for, I have contacted virgin media countless times and had 4 engineers come out to try and resolve the problem and its still not been resolved or fixed, was promised compensation if they didn't resolve my problem, still nothing, Absolutely terrible service.
