2nd day without broadband, TV or phones

This is now 2nd day in West London without Broadband, TV or Phone lines.  Was meant to be fixed yesterday afternoon then by last night, then 12 noon today then 3.15pm today...still nothing! Dont think engineers bothered to do anything yesterday . 2nd time in less than a month clearly didn't fix it properly the first time.

I am meant to be working from home - with no proper updates what are you meant to do?

The automated number 0800 561 0061 is the best for progress with faults affecting your street.

Use your backup connection, which I hope you already have, as you can't rely on a residential connection, with no SLA, for working from home.

Also ensure you register a full outage for auto compensation (Eligible after 2 full working days from registering the loss of service) :
