1Gig broadband - trying to order WiFi booster

Got a 1Gig broadband deal in Dec 24. I’ve tried ordering a free booster as the signal drops off in my home office however I’ve not heard anything back.

please can someone help

As this is for work, I'd save time and order a Wi-Fi Mesh in a decent brand
and get your Wi-Fi coverage sorted immediately with a system that you own and can control.

VM Pods might be free, but in business time is not free and it may take you months and many wasted hours on the phone to get VM to issue the Pods one at a time.
