1GB Upgrade Question

Hi all, I upgraded to 1GB from M250 via the Virgin Website on Jan 15th so it's not been activated yet but I'm wondering if I'll automatically be sent a Hub 5.0. There wasn't any mention of it in the confirmation email. I currently have a Hub 3.0.

The Hub3 is not capable of 1GB - you will be sent a Hub4 (probably) or a Hub5 (possibly).  Is anything showing in your online account regarding this?   Or try calling in to chase up where its at
