how long does it take for my virgin account

how long do u have to wait to sign up to my virgin account as a new customer as my service when live today but still cant sign up for a online account

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having with your online account. You should be able to sign up as soon as you have your account details. What happens, when you try to create your online account, are you getting any error messages?

I've got the exact same issue just says "We can't find an account with the details you've provided."
