Hi, I’ve tried logging on to my virgin media app tonight, and nothing is loading up, at the top where it shows broadband, tv, phone etc, underneath it says error, it won’t show my bills, and it won’t let me check any service status’s, I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still shows the same and the app is also up to date, please can you advise thank you.
