Recently tried to log into my account and it said wrong password. Then it wouldn't let me reset my password via email. Now when I try log in, it says my email is blocked. Any idea on how to fix this?? Thanks

Also, this seems to be a common problem, did anyone actually find a solution?? Or shall I just delete my account and cancel my direct debit?

Sorry to hear of the email access issues you're experiencing, we appreciate you taking the time to raise this via the forums. Welcome to the community.
Can you try the following steps for us please:
• Sign in to My Virgin Media
• Go to Account settings, then Account details
• Tap Manage next to Manage your Virgin Media Mail app password under Virgin Media Mail
• Then, under Virgin Media Mail app password tap Get password
• Continue the flow and a new secure password will be generated, and the mailbox unlocked
