Hi VM Team,
I need assistance with an order I have made to change my current package (currently on M350 Fibre and ordered an upgrade to M500).
The confirmation however has been sent to the wrong email. I have double checked my email on the account settings and it is displaying the correct email. I have yet to receive the confirmation.
Unfortunately, I have put the order twice. Hopefully I am not double charged.
Happy to provide additional info as I have screenshot the the order summary on the second attempt.
