Can't register Virgin Media account

When trying to register for My Virgin Media, I cannot get past the create a password stage. I get the error "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one."

I have tried different browsers and deivces, and tried changing the email and password used to log in numerous time, but still can't register. Can someone please advise me on the next steps?

Hello,

I am having the same issue, I have been trying to log into Virgin since 6 months!!! I would like to see my acount and bills but I cannot register.

I tried o register for My Virgin Media, I get the error "Sorry, there was a problem registering that password. Please choose a different one."

I have tried all the below but no luck, is there any solution to this or should I quit from this provider as I have never seen issue like this in my life and 6 months is a lot, I have also called them and they keep saying try again with different password but not sure what to do???

  • Be between 8-64 characters.
  • Must start with a letter.
  • Contain at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter.
  • Contain at least one number.
  • Special characters are allowed but not required (e.g. ! # % & @).
  • Cannot contain easy to guess words, usernames, or previously used passwords.
