Hi Forum Team, 

I renewed my out of contract package online in the my Account upgrade area where the message clearly says 'Renew without losing anything' or words to that effect (I can no longer see this message obviously"). I renewed my package and then I have found that TNT sports has been removed, In reality, I would've been better not renewing at all and just keeping on the current price as that included TNT sports and I wouldn't have signed into another 18 month contract. Please can you look into this for me.
