i see my message has been missed, it's like the forum guys randomly pick people to respond to

I just renewed, based on the same email, "same package, same speeds, less hassle", which i added £4 per month for the HD version of Sky Sports, and all accepted.

Today i get an email, stating TNT sports being removed. It was not MENTIONED anywhere during the contract renewal that it was being removed. I am not happy.

Why? I have no email stating other changes, or link to activate anything (even if i did, i would more likely treat it as spam, by not clicking on random links in emails)
