i signed up for broadband deal on 23/9/24 but discovered i couldnt really afford it as im a pensioner. i contacted the pre install cancellations team they went through the process of cancelling. But i got some virgin equipment delivered today and im very confused regarding my cancellation. can anyone help many thanks in advance
