Please do remember we do bill one month in advance and continue to bill as normal until the day of the disconnection.
We would send you a find bill, once this has been paid and any kit sent back to us we would send any refunds out via a cheque within 45 days. Cheers

I was disconnected on 16/12/2023 money was taken on 28/12/2023, 12 days after disconnection.
This should not have been taken and I was left overdrawn as a result. Hot happy.
