Virgin has now taken £90.74 from my account to cover January when I have no more service with them. Spent 11 hours on chat to us. this service is so bad and now they are just helping themselves to my money!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey Paul120, thank you for reaching out and a warm welcome to the community I am so sorry to hear this.

Please do remember we do bill one month in advance and continue to bill as  normal until the day of the disconnection.

We would send you a find bill, once this has been paid and any kit sent back to us we would send any refunds out via a cheque within 45 days. Cheers

I was disconnected on 16/12/2023 money was taken on 28/12/2023, 12 days after disconnection.

This should not have been taken and I was left overdrawn as a result. Hot happy.

I posted on open forum. Virgin took me to private chat because the service is SO BAD!!!!!!!!!

Taking money they were not entitled to take, the service and the customer service is APPALLING!!!!!!!!!!!

Gets even worse on private chat. DO NOT BOTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
