hi
i have been with VM over 20years and my contract runs out in 28 days - i am not being offered any 'good' deals and would like to see if there is anyone on here who can help me 🙂

You won't be offered any good deals, it not in VM interests to.
They'd rather your minimum term ends and you get charged much more for the same services.
If you really want a better deal then threaten to leave VM but be prepared to follow out that threat, get quotes from other providers before calling.

Hi @sara1234 👋.
Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community Forums. Apologies for the issues that you are having with your package renewal. We can certainly assist you, we would need to bring you in for a private message to discuss this and resolve.
Please look out for the envelope on the top right of your web browser or if you are using a mobile device, it will be located under your profile icon.
Thanks.

Hi @sara1234
Welcome to the community forums.
Sorry to hear that the team haven't been able to offer you a suitable deal.
We're not able to perform package change requests via the forums, the teams via our web chat and call line services will be able to assist further on this. There are also some deals available on your online account if you're at your renewal period, which I can see you've already looked into on another thread where an agent is supporting you further with your concerns/questions regarding this.

Sorted mine on twitter yesterday my 250mb and phoneline jumped to £50 till Jan 15th when my contract ends , got the speed doubled and the phone which I'm not bothered about for £36 , only a couple of weeks ago they wanted £57 for 350mb , and no sneaky mid contract rises

Check you actual contract. If its says terms near the bottom using words like "discount" then you will be up for yearly price rise. It normally says the period of time the discount is for as well.
