change of email address

Hello.

I need to change the email address that i used to register for my virgin media as i don't have access to it anymore, but i can't do so as it will send a link to the email that is blocked.

I tried to contact VM to talk with an agent, but i've been on hold for ages.

Is there any other way to do it?

I apologise if it has been asked already, i tried to go trough the posts but i didn't see any with my issue.

      Hello,

      I managed to speak with an agent, and they told me i would receive an email from them.

      I have yet to receive it  so would it be possible to check that they got the right new email?
