Hello, Why has Virginmedia made it 100 times worse for us to contact them. I'm 76 and got a touch of Alzheimers so need to talk to someone in UK. 150 does not work and their phone number does nothing. My contract is up soon and you putting my bill up to £75 a month. Can't afford that so I either need a deal or I LEAVE after being with you for 30 years or more

We would work the complaint with you and do all we can to get a suitable resolution to this @Dennis8
We cannot guarantee what the outcome would be but we would do all we can to ensure you got s resolution that allowed you to feel more comfortable with your package and experience.

I had to plug in my House Phone that I do not use anymore. I then got through to Manilla instead of UK. Could not make out what the lady was saying most of time because of her accent and my hearing problem. 31 minutes on phone that should only take 10 min at most. Virgin wants £76 up from £56 so No way will I ever pay that. Any way I was getting so Frustrated I took my old deal of £56. NOT Happy at all. In 18 months I will LEAVE Virgin for BT have had enough of virgin now. Bean with them for over 30 years and enough is enough. I'm 76 with slight Alzheimers and hearing difficulties even with hearing aids in. RANT OVEr.

Can I leave Virginmedia within 30 days of this new deal without paying the RIP OFF price to leave??
Have had a Bad day with my illness and this has not helped me one little bit. It was Easy to get through to the UK line once, but since they Amalgamated with O2 it is a SHAMBLES and Off Com Ombudsman or whoever should sort them out PDQ. Us Loyal Members should not have to put up with this rigmarole in 2024. THANK YOU & Take Care.

Being ill I forgot to cancel my new contract of £56 a month within the 14 days.
Seeing as virgin are putting up the price again in either March or April, it will push my payments above what I can pay. Can I downgrade from 500Mb to 250 or 200mb to cut my price down. It's my Power Bills that take my cash along with the price rises of them and water bills going up in April. I just can't do it any more on my state pension.
Is there a way for me to speak to someone on phone in the UK. NOT Manila as my hearing stops me understanding their speaking.....Many Thanks...Dennis
