When sorting my broadband i set up with the wrong email. When going to log onto my account I now have no access to my account number because i have not got my welcome email. So locked out of my account. Pls help

Sorry to hear you used the wrong email when setting up your broadband.
I'd like to investigate this for you and arrange for this to be amended.
