Why is my bill £122.67 ?

We switched from M350 to gig1 for £54 per month contract why are they saying there’s a £60 one off charge for installation or activation ? And why are they adding random £8.67 to cover changes and then say it’s £54 After that !! Can someone from Virgin respond asap !!
