Hello,

Today is the last day of my 28 months broadband contract. I'm not going to stay so I want to cancel the service. The thing I don't understand is that should I cancel today or tomorrow ? As I'm afraid if I do it today, will I be considered early cancellation ?

Look in your online account for the status of your contract.

28 months seems a strange time - do you mean 18 months perhaps?

In any case... notice period is always 30 days.  So you have to pay for additional 30 days of service from the date you have cancelled.  So, some customers will cancel their service ~30 days before contract end date.  Others will just let it run its course as it provides a 30 day window in which you can arrange for the new provider to come online - this gives you some "insurance" against being left with no service if the new provider doesnt deliver on time
