Virgin way overcharging me for my first bill

J ordered vm services m500 and sky sports with mega tv it should be 69.99 but when I go and look at my first bill it says 156.00 this is double what I was quoted and thrn when on chat 4 times yesterday no luck tbh want this put to the correct price
