I have been consistently overcharged from May 2023 to now. My contract is £23.40 per month for broadband which we negotiated with a discount back in February 2023. However, the following overcharges have been made with zero explanation, on the bill, as to why this was being done.
May 2023 £55.10
June 2023 £57
October 2023 £46.80
February 2024 £57
Can anyone help me resolve this issue?
