So...has anyone else been harassed by virgin for a bill payment when they acknowledge you've paid the bill!?
My wife cancelled my late mother in laws account and paid the final bill, since then we have had four letters from Virgin demanding payment for the amount we've paid. You call virgin and they say they can see its been paid but cant stop the letters or update the account to stop the letters arriving. This is now bordering on harassment.
Before I repot them to Ofcom and get my local MP involved to get them to sort their act out has anyone else got any advice as to how to get them to link their systems up to know they've received the money?!

Hi Frustrated1986,
Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums. ⭐
I'm sorry to hear you are getting continued reminders asking you to pay a balance that you've already paid. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
I have sent you a direct message to allow us to do this with you in a private space. If you are using a PC/Laptop then you can just click on the little ✉ at the top right-hand side of the page to access your inbox. If you are on a mobile/tablet device then instead click on the little circle icon in the top right then select 'Messages'. 😊
Thanks,
