Hi,
I was out of contract and I took out a new VM contract at a discount for 18 months (with a slightly reduced discount for the remaining six months).
I was told that there would be *no* price increase this year which was important as I wanted to reduce my outgoing for this year and only be paying a fixed amount. However, I have just received an email from VM notifying me of the upcoming price increases!
Is this just a standard email issued to everyone or is the cost of my package going to be increased when I was assured that it would not?
