Used same email as old account when purchasing new contract. Can't sign into new account

Hi There

I've recently purchased a new 1 gig fibre contract and cannot set it up with the self-install kit. Upon trying to log in to the account to contact live support and set up all the info I need for said conversation, I noticed it was showing my old information from the contract that was cancelled last year. I really am unsure of what to do. I need help setting up my hub as I cannot find the wall box anywhere and have not had chance to use it yet.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
