Unknown Package changes

Hi, 

On my first 2 bills I have had package change charges but haven’t made any changes! 

It’s impossible to get hold of virgin media through phone or email so any advise would be greatly appreciated.

If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
