Unfair terms inposed on my contract

Hi All,

I had received a CIS and CSS from the retention team yesterday to renew my M250 plan for 22 pounds.

To my surprise, this morning when I received the final eContract, the month charge has increased to 25 pounds without my knowledge and consent.

I had rang CS, the operator is sympathetic but unable to do anything to rectify this.

Please can you advise what is the best course of action I could take? Many thanks 🙂

 

 

 

  • if they can't change it you have the option to cancel it as it's within the last 14 days

      Thanks for the advice dude. CS told me that I have to give 30 days notice even thoguh im in the cooling down period. Do you know by any chance if I can cancel the contract immediately or do I have to wait for 30 days? Based on reading the T&C document that comes along with my contract, my understanding is that I can cancel immediately but CS is suggesting otherwise. Thanks.
