Hi,

I signed up online £25 extra for sky sports including HD and it said it would take 7/10 workings days via email when I got the confirmation. I called up to ask why it couldn’t be activated straight away. Someone said they have sorted it but I’ve just had an email confirming it’s £10 more now. I’ve got evidence of both emails

Welcome back to the community and thanks for taking the time to post. I’m sorry to hear of the issues that you’re having adding Sky Sports to your package, if you sign up online for any package changes, it can take up to 14 days to be completed but it should not be for £10 more.  I would be happy to take a further look into this for you but first I would need to confirm a few details via private message, please look out for my message and we can get started.
