TNT package - can't access

I can’t get access to TNT even though it was confirmed to us that it would be available when we renewed i I believe there is an email you need to respond to in order to confirm you still want acces...

    Jane there did indeed used to be a special online form to fill in but VM has recently chosen to quietly disable it. You will instead need to wait for the VM forum team.
