TNT add on ordered last week

Added TNT Sports on the My Virgin Media app last Thursday and still no sign of it. 

Would anyone be able to look into it for me?

Slightly concerned it might be due to recent contract updates on my account - there was one pending for 9th March but Reece_MH on here brought it forward for me so I could take the Sky Sports email offer before it expired on 11th march. Now I've got 28th February contract (which matches my current package including sky sports) and 9th March contract (doesn't) both showing as accepted.

9th March one was meant to "drop off" but just wondering if this is holding up the order I placed on 7th March for TNT Sports.

You should be able to see Reece's latest response via the envelope in the top right and respond there Spadams96
