Hi, I'm about to change over to Virgin fibre broadband, my current provider (3) have said I must send a stac code to you, I have everything on place to change but there's no mention of giving you a stac code, how do I do this please?

There is no such thing as an STAC code with fixed line Broadband. PAC & STAC codes are only required when changing from one mobile network to another mobile network. You would need a PAC code if you are moving your mobile to O2 as part of a VoLT package & wanted to retain your mobile number.

Hey Colinjgraham,

Welcome to the community and thanks for taking the time to post here on the forums.

As nodrogd has advised, a STAC code would not be used to with broadband, this would only be for mobiles.

Kind Regards,

Do not cancel your existing broadband supplier until you see the VM Hub installed in your house and are fully convinced it is working.

Take no notice of the dates given for the VM go live, expect those to slip and if there are any snags with the cables to your property the slip could be weeks or months.
