I'm out of contact so my price has jumped up quite a bit. I've spent many many hours over the last few days conversing with the renewals people on WhatsApp. Some of these conversations have taken a long time and I've needed to do things meanwhile an have had the conversations ended through inactivity. Some of the offers have been good but I have missed out through needing time to think and check out the package I'll actually receive. The problem is that after having the conversations end I can't get back to the same offer again.
I've panicked about my new price and arranged a new deal with Sky. The equipment arrived from Sky today so I'm ready to switch over. I'd happily take one of the previously offered packages from Virgin. I don't have the appetite to go through hours of conversations starting from scratch again.
Is it worth calling? Or should I cut my losses and switch suppliers?

If you already have a disconnection this would close off other deals showing. To confirm, when is the disconnection booked in for? Are you now looking to cancel the disconnection and stay with us?

Thanks for the reply. I received a random email confirming my contract changes. I made contact through WhatsApp and eventually spoke with retentions and agreed a favourable package. Much better than any new customer deals out there at the moment. I couldn't be happier.
