Is there a number for rentions uk as i received a call a few weeks ago and they did say the would call me back but i have no ref and no call. My contract is up now and when i call the normal line i am not getting anywhere as.  I would need to get this sorted asap as im away in dec.

We're sorry to hear you've had issues speaking with the retentions team. There isn't a direct number for the retentions team however you can reach them via 150 / 0345 454 1111.

I can see you're already in a private message with my colleague so if you let him know any issues, he can check things further for you.

any update i again had to phone and i still was unable to speak to anyone to assist they just dont understand.  Who can i escalate this too. The standard vm customer service really is pretty poor you go round explaining the same thing and nothing gets resolved. Had a whole issue month ago and apparently this was sorted calling up again this looks like it was a no. So who do i need to speak to on getting this sorted ideally someone who knows i cant believe i called up and they had nothing noted down on the sytem.

 

 

Hi kath i havent really had a reply or any resolution. Dialing the standard 0345 number is a waste of time as i get no assistance there. I akso requested copy of my vm phone recordings which i have yet to receive can i speak to ramon or Rachel b from the exec team as i dont see this being resolved and this should have been over a month ago
