Used the emailed link to renew package on 19th Feb, received the documents with an activation date of 26th Feb.
Overall new package cost on documents and Webteam@virgonmedia.com order confirmation is £63, really happy with that.
Heard nothing since then.
My next bill is £171.36 which is my out of contract price.
Why hasn't this been updated on my account and also why can't anybody in the call centres able to see these orders.
I've been pulling my hair out with it tonight, over 2 hours on the phone!
Seems something so simple yet has become so difficult.
