Renewal offer letter not honoured

Has anyone had a contract renewal letter offering a new bundle which VM will not honour when contacting them by phone. I’ve sent copies of the letter via text and email and still no luck. Chat is hopeless. 18 months ago when I started this contract I had so many problems, it’s starting all over again, the pain is real!

We're sorry to hear you're having an issue getting your renewal offer processed. This is something we can certainly check for you but in order to do that I will need to confirm some information with you to pass security.
