Hi please can someone help me?! My package now includes Netflix (I cancelled my separate subscription). On using Netflix on Sunday last a message appeared that I couldn't read, even with glasses. I obviously pressed the wrong button and I now have a charge for which I obviously don't want. I've been on WhatsApp and call handler wasn't helpful and didn't explain how despite me asking. On there over an hour. Said I need to go into my account and change it but for the life of me I can't see what I need to do. Please can anyone explain how? Thank you
