Hi, I’ve just re I an email from Virgin Media like this
”We’re getting in touch to let you know about the changes we’re making for additional account users who access My Virgin Media.
We’ve identified you as being an additional My Virgin Media account user. We’re letting you know that we’ll stop supporting your online account on 06/12/2024.”
The email the email is addressed to is my only logon to Virgin Media, so I do know how I will access my services if this happens?

Hi @richcbaker thanks for your post although we're sorry to hear of the concerns you've raised here.
Just so you know, this is a reference to your online account only, not the whole email address in question.
We're no longer supporting additional users of online accounts so it's likely the account you think is the main email address is a secondary one used to log in.
Not to worry though I'll send you a PM so I can investigate further for you 😊
