Refund not processed

Hi, i left virgin media on the 13th October but am yet to receive my refund via cheque to my house.  Can you confirm when this will be processed please.

If you're due a refund this is processed around 35 days after your final bill, then advise a further 14 days for delivery.

Yet if you owed Virgin money, or any media provider they'd expect it to be paid right away.

Ofcom really need to police this kind of thing better.
