I've been awaiting a refund since February. I applied for a fibre line which could not be installed although the availability checker showed my address did have access. I was then charged over £500 for cancellation for a service I couldn't get.
I've called 4 times and been promised every time a cheque is on the way. It's been over 6 months and nothing has been sent. Everytime I call it's the same story.
