I will try the link you sent.

Unfortunately as I am not a customer I can't make an official complaint to Virgin Media.

Hi, I’d like to make a complaint about one of your van drivers who was dangerously driving and completely ignored the highway code. I was driving on the A435 heading in Birmingham on Saturday 24th at 11:40am and got to the junction where the road splits onto Queensbridge Road on the left and the A435 carries on into Mosley.

The van driver (Reg Plate YT20 UKL) was at the front of the left hand lane that only allows you to go left. I and several other cars were in the lane to go right into Mosley. Once the lights turned green the driver decided that they would go right instead and cut in front of all the lanes of traffic, causing everyone to break to avoid hitting them.

I can’t find where to make a complaint about anything, let alone dangerous driving of Virgin Media engineers.

Please tell the police https://www.theaa.com/driving-advice/reporting-dangerous-driving
