I recenty joined this forum after decades of use of VM starting with ntlworld.com.
I note a pattern in Forum Team responses. " I've popped you over a private message."
This means the reported issue is resolved behind the scenes. I for one would like to learn how such issues are resolved. Only thus can we as customers be better informed.
Out of the blue I received a call from VM in last hour to review my contract. Although they knew how many years (decades) I had held a contract I was still wary and not prepared to engage by phone with an unknown caller. Might this be linked to me joining this forum I ponder.
