I had the same problem and now I’ve got a zero credit score from a perfect one! I had no idea I was missing payments as I through the so call free SIM card in the bin and no way of getting hold of me! I only new when I got a letter from a debt collecting company, They are ruining people lives I managed to cancel the SIM card that I through away after a 5 hours back and forth with o2 and virgin media blaming each other. Not sure if I can dispute my credit score or not
