Mum died nearly 2 weeks ago. I've called, emailed, written in this forum, all to no avail. All I want to do is cancel her service and avoid costs at one of the hardest times in my life, yet all advisors and persons replying have acknowledged her death but have refused to cancel the account. I'm so sad and frustrated. Will cancel the direct debit and assume there will be a response then...

Hi i am sorry for your news and hope we can help the best way then is to open a formal complaint if the normal vm staff have not done what they should have done

the staff on here take a few days to reply so they should reply soon hope u get sorted
