Hello, My brother (who was the account holder), My husband and I got made homeless in April 2024, I contacted Virgin as soon as i was aware and that we were going into a hostel, They were extremely rude and told us it doesn't matter and that we needed to pay the final bill which was almost £700 (my brother had renewed in January as we didnt know this was going to happen) since being made homeless we have contacted Virgin again and the same response, i tried to set up a payment plan but was hung up on. My brother is autistic and is struggling heavily with this unnecessary debt over his head. I offered to send full proof of homelessness and to work with them but have hit a brick wall.
Could someone please advice. thank you
