I’ve cancelled my account giving more than the standard notice period. I’ve received an additional bill after the cancellation period end date with a single random charge of £5.10 for ‘package changes’ that I’ve not requested and have no knowledge of.
Any idea why I’ve received this please?

This sounds like it is your final bill.
Please remember we continue to bill right up until the day of the disconnection and we also bill a month in advance.
This small amount says to me this is the final payment.

Thanks for your response, the final bill was paid in full.
I’ve not changed my package and the charge is for a ‘’package change’
the £5.10 does not relate to an additional day either (monthly bill was £76)
id really like to know what a ‘package change’ charge is please

It will be your bill for what you used in the days before you was cut off.
For example lets say your billing date ran from the 15 - 15 every month and you disconnected from us on the 20th there would be a bill for those 5 days.
