my contract ran out and they said I can get a new contract for £95 going to £115 after a few months but when I accepted the deal turns out Virgin did not know about the deal they offered and the price went UP and they made a charge of £10 for "package changes" that were not made.
That many problems get reported I wonder if Virgin are simply trying to scam people or they have systems that don't work properly giving out deals they never intended to give out to existing customers. the fact mine was 95 for a few months then goes up makes me think they may have tried to give me a new customer deal they never intended to give out. and they denied any of it after.
Virgin need to sort its systems out, I personally hope its just web site glitches that are causing issues rather than something deliberate. but they need to sort the issues out. Maybe go with standardised pricing rather than mobile phone contracts that seem to cause more issues than they can cope with
