I registered my interest in becoming a Virgin Media customer some years ago. Nexfibre finally appeared on my street and Virgin fibre became ready to order at my address. Shortly after this I received an email offering me a bill credit for signing up to the new service.
I claimed this credit when I ordered fibre broadband but it would not accept the code. Now that I have been a customer for over 14 days please could you apply this credit to my account?
I have copies of emails and order details which I won't post here for security reasons.

In order to look into this for you, we'll send you a private message on here. Look out for the envelope in the top right-hand corner.
If you're on a portable device with a smaller screen, click on the icon in the top right-hand corner and select "messages" from the additional menu options.
