Payment not showing on account

My services were restricted, within 10 minutes of them being restricted I had paid the amount the app told me to pay, received an email stating it would be no longer than 3 hours, and my services are still showing as restricted. The payment I made (7.5 hours ago is not even showing on my account) how long does it take for the payment to actually be credited? As at the moment I cannot work and I have vulnerable children with no TV or internet.🥺

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community.

When a payment is made, it can take up to 24 hours for the services to be restored, although this is usually sooner.

It can take up to 48 hours for the payment to show on the account. 

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. 

Has the service resumed since posting?
