Paper Bills
Hello
Despite registering in the my virgin media account for e billing, I keep getting charged for paper bills and receiving them in the post.
I have tried calling 150 multiple times and they say its resolved and its not.
My Son sent a request on this forum but was told it can only be resolved via the forum If I register my own account - which I have now.
Can someone from virgin resolve this please ?
