Hi, 

I seem to be the latest customer / victim of the stop charging me paper billing I didn't opt into. 

The advise on here doesn't match the interface of the website for me so can we please cut to the chase and you send me a private message so you can cancel it all for me please.

I found the same. Seems straight forward when you read the instructions but, as you say, the instructions are incorrect. I've spent an age trying to find the 'e-billing' section in 'my profile'
