Overcharging since January

I have been overcharged for my broadband since January 2024. I got a credit after calling the customer service line for 3 month and again they overcharged the amount they credited and more in following month. Now when I call the help line it connects to various countries call centres and they don't have my account details. Also I never use my phone line as I got it with the broadband package but I am getting call charges too. Call centre guy say it can be cross connections and I have to pay for it. 

Does any one have faced this situation and got their money refunded?
